Terrainica Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By creating an account on Terrainica, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. What Terrainica Provides
Terrainica is a land intelligence platform that aggregates publicly available Lithuanian government data to generate parcel scores and pre-acquisition due diligence reports. Reports are informational only. They do not constitute legal, financial, or planning advice.
3. Data Accuracy
Report data is sourced from Lithuanian state registers and open data sources updated on the schedules described in the Privacy Policy. Terrainica makes no warranty that data is complete, current, or free from error. Always verify critical information directly with the relevant authority before making acquisition decisions.
4. Accounts and Credits
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer law. Unused credits expire if your subscription lapses for more than 90 days.
5. Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Resell or redistribute report content without written permission
- Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or automate access to the platform
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Impersonate another user or Terrainica staff
6. Marketplace
The marketplace connects buyers and sellers of land. Terrainica is not a party to any transaction. We do not verify seller identity or the accuracy of listing information. Conduct your own due diligence before entering into any agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Lithuanian law, Terrainica's liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Vilnius, Lithuania.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Registered users will be notified by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
